Dionaea muscipula 'Dente'
This great form of the Venus Fly Trap has similar characteristics as the original with a couple of exceptions. It has a much deeper green coloration in the foliage, and the hairs along the edge of the trap are fused, creating small triangles. Winter and early summer leaves are 3 to 6 inches long, with traps 1 to 1 1/4 inches long. Bears 3 to 10 white flowers in early to midsummer.
